There will be a flu vaccine clinic offered for students on October 10th at 1:45 pm. If interested in participating, you may register your child through the link below.
Students 18 years or older receiving the vaccine will need to complete an adult IMMTRAC form as well. The deadline to register is October 7th. If you have any questions please reach out to Nurse Padilla.

Flu shot: $10 (6 months -18 years old)
Flu shot: $30(19 years old-64 years old)
